Baseline survey and analysis; Selection of NGO partners on the ground and building up a team comprising of local people and building their capacities for implementing CLTS on the ground; CLTS orientation workshops with local administration and concerned departments in order to take them on-board; CLTS TOTs for building the capacities of NGO field staff for triggering communities and undertaking follow up to facilitate the creation of open defecation free (ODF) communities
