1. Create a pool of master trainers across the designated 5 districts

2. Provide required handholding support to demonstrate scaling up and sustainability approaches at the block level.

Organised a series of 1 day orientation programmes; 5 day CLTS training of trainers programmes; and 3 day follow-up programmes across all the five districts
