Narrative Description of Project:

The main objective of the grant support activities to organize a 5 five-day trainings of trainers (Tot) courses on ODF Plus with the following objectives:

·      Create a critical mass (around 600 – 700) of trained ‘master trainers’ across different states and districts in India on ‘ODF Plus’ activities, as specified by the MDWS, GoI

·      To Ensure that the trained ‘master trainers’ are capable of trainings others (mainly Swachhagrahis) for scaling up ‘ODF Plus’ activities on the ground

Conduct hand-on training with focus on an informed understanding of the issues and challenges related to ‘ODF Plus’ and and emphasis on skills development Description of Actual services provided by the staff:

·  Created a pool of 600-700 trained 'master trainers' across various states and districts in India on ODF Plus activities under the guidelines of MDWS, Government of India.

·  Ensured that the trained 'master trainers' were equipped to train others, primarily Swachhagrahis, to scale up ODF Plus activities in rural areas.

·  Conducted hands-on training sessions, focusing on key issues and challenges related to ODF Plus, with an emphasis on developing practical skills for implementation at the ground level.
