• Review the earlier and existing data / reports / studies / acts / DPRs related to sanitation, solid waste management, sewerage, water supply etc.

• Situational analysis at two levels i.e. end user level and service / municipal level, incorporating the behavior, awareness, usage, access, user requirement, location, technical options, pricing issues, O &M, etc.

Prepared integrated city sanitation plan incorporating technical options / Human Resource required / and financial implications and timeliness for all the activities / events
