Narrative Description of Project:

The 5 day Training of motivators and facilitator in CLTS are facilitated through Virtual Classroom Technology (VCT) by Trainers at the Delhi studio. The sessions are transmitted at the desired locations through satellite and one trainer each is stationed at the virtual location to facilitate field sessions and as a back up in case of a technology failure.

This way, batches of 60-80 people are being trained simultaneously at 10 to 12 locations. The technology installation at the locations is being facilitated by TATA TRUSTS while the district administrations are actively involved and monitored through MDWS.
