Narrative Description of Project:

8 virtual classroom trainings in Hindi or Bengali covering all 52 districts and 55 training locations along the Ganga to train approximately 2,890 youth leaders in approaches to support a demand-based approach to sanitation

Description of Actual services provided by the staff:

• Followed a demand based approach and the focus of the engagement on building local capabilities for effective implementation of SBM

• Collaborative work with the district administration and Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation (MDWS)

• Conducted field based training in each location as part of the training

• Prepared detailed report on each virtual classroom training including lessons learnt and attendance report of the 55 training locations covered
