for Urban Local Bodies in Murshidabad, West Bengal supported by Zilla Parishad, West Bengal

Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:

• Conducted a one-day orientation session on Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) for Urban Local Bodies (ULBs)

• Delivered a comprehensive 5-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program on CLTS to enhance participants' capacity to promote Open Defecation Free (ODF) practices

• Organized a 3-day specialized Mason training to ensure proper construction of sanitation facilities aligned with CLTS standards

• Provided ongoing support to ULBs in Murshidabad for effective implementation of CLTS strategies

• Facilitated community engagement and behavior change initiatives to achieve ODF status in ULBs
