Narrative description of Project:

The key objective of the assignment was to design and conduct a 5 day training program for creating a critical mass of CLTS master trainers / facilitators within selected KRCs empanelled by the MDWS, Government of India. 30 KRCs out of the 36 selected by MDWS were trained as part of this assignment Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:

• Designed and conducted a 5-day training program on Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) for KRCs.

• Developed comprehensive training materials to create a critical mass of CLTS master trainers/facilitators.

• Trained 30 Key Resource Centers (KRCs) out of the 36 selected by the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation (MDWS), Government of India.

• Provided hands-on facilitation techniques and strategies for effective community engagement in sanitation.

• Built the capacity of KRCs to implement and scale CLTS methodologies in their respective regions.
